Motion Bay is provided by Twoby2 Studios. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your license to use the app.
Use of the app
Motion Bay is a driving heads-up display intended as a glanceable aid. It is not a substitute for attentive driving or for official navigation, signage, or traffic law. Always keep your attention on the road and operate your device safely and legally.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Location, speed, points of interest, and other displayed data may be inaccurate or delayed and should not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions.
Privacy
Motion Bay processes your data primarily on your device; a few features send your approximate location to map and weather providers to return results. See the Privacy Policy for details.
